Therapeutic Yoga
Yoga therapy includes eliminating, reducing, or managing symptoms that cause suffering; improving function; helping to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of underlying causes of illness; and moving toward improved health and well-being. I focus on auto-immune diseases, chronic conditions and restoring balance in the nervous system.

Trauma-Informed
Trauma-Informed Yoga empowers practitioners on their path to
recovery, helping them find strength, resilience, and a renewed
sense of inner peace. I offer a safe and supportive space for
individuals who have experienced complex trauma. I support choice,
consent, and body awareness, while fostering a sense of autonomy
and trust.

Vinyasa krama helps you prepare your body for the more advanced asana by starting with basic poses then building on those with progressively more challenging asanas. Over time, you will notice changes both physically and mentally and that your yoga practice has deepened.
Meditation & Relaxation Coaching
By calming the mind and practicing mindfulness, meditation
helps reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and improve overall
emotional well-being. Immerse yourself in this ancient practice to
cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and the world around
you.
